Caregiver assisting senior in a bright home setting

Preparing to Support Families with Compassionate In-Home Care

Carolina Family Home Care is thoughtfully preparing for licensure as a provider of non-medical in-home care in North Carolina. Based in Fayetteville—and preparing to serve surrounding counties within roughly 90 minutes—we're shaping an in-home care experience built on warmth, attentiveness, and an unwavering respect for each family's needs. As we progress through the licensure process, we're carefully designing the foundation of our agency: selecting caregivers who lead with heart, refining supportive practices, and developing the standards that will guide how care plans are created once we are fully licensed. We anticipate serving families by January 2026, with the intention of offering care that feels reassuring, personal, and thoughtfully delivered. If you'd like to be notified when we are licensed—or if you're a CNA or caregiver who values relationship-centered care—we would be honored to connect with you.
